I was once at a picnic where they had some field games for entertainment. One of them was the frying-pan toss. Our host was a carpenter, and a lot of his buddies were, too. They all had forearms that looked like most people’s thighs, so I knew there was no way I was gonna outmuscle them. So I arranged to go last. I put my knowledge of physics and geometry to use by starting out about 5 feet behind the line, approaching it while doing a complete 360° body whirl, holding my arm at maximum extension, and flinging the frying pan at a 45° upward angle for max distance. That did it.
Afterwards, I watched all of them practicing using the same technique, and every one of them could throw it at least 15 feet farther than I had. Too late.
Maybe something like that would work for EB.
