Shouldn’t Ginni’s name be fiorst, since she’s in charge?

If Clarence were to drop dead tomoro, the fascists would still have a 5-3 majority on the Supreme Court. Of course, 3 of them lied thru their teeth at their confirmation hearings about their devotion to judicial precedent, especially as regards Roe v. Wade, but once they were confirmed, the only way to hold them accountable for those lies is impeachment, and we know how far that would get in Mitch McConnell’s Senate.

Clarence might be the senior Associate Justice of the SCOTUS, but it is Virginia (aka “Ginni”) who wears the pants in that household!!!

Small wonder that U.S. citizens are quickly losing faith and respect for the Court. And now just this week they ruled that an insufficient defense in a capitol murder trial wasn’t enough to justify overturning the verdict so a man on death row could be put to death. They’re about to strike down New York state’s laws on requiring a permit to carry a handgun in public because it’s too much of an impediment for rights under the 2nd Amendment.

Ignore the labels, study their resumes, and vote for those that would unite Congress and our country making us functional, trustworthy, and respected for proactive accomplishments that benefit everyone not just a select few.

Ginni, standing over the pit, looking down on Democracy:

republic: a state in which supreme power is held by the people and their elected representatives, and which has an elected or nominated president rather than a monarch.democracy: a system of government by the whole population or all the eligible members of a state, typically through elected representatives.

One is the entity, the other the system by which that entity governs.

Clarence will recuse himself if Loving vs Virginia is ever review.

Wouldn’t Democracy, be taking decisions out of unelected Judges hands and putting them onto the ballots in the states…?

As long as amicus briefs exist, Ginni is irrelevant.
