Ken Warren said: “ANDY – Once again I am going to call you out – YOU LIE! You do not care about the Nationa Debt (which is a real problem, created by both DEMS & GOP) all you care about is using it to bash Obama and the DEMS.”

ANandy replies: Ken you coward. You made this statement then ran away. Prove your statement correct or retract it. Prove I don’t care about the National Debt. I have been posting my dismay with the trend since before the electorate foolishly imposed BozOTUS on us. but being a newbie you lack insight about that. Instead you shot off your keyboard.

Does anyone else see how stupid comments are circulated, such as the U.S. “addicted to oil” or we are “a nation of immigrants”? Simplicity spread by simpletons. To claim the U.S. is addicted to oil is to claim that a human is addicted to food. Oil is energy to our economy. How many are ready to walk where they need to go or spend the Winter without heat and lights? I thought not. Furthermore, most of our consumer products are made of and with oil. Remember before petroleum it was Whale Oil. As to the U.S. being a nation of immigrants, most have roots before the nation was founded. All came to this continent from other continents. So what?

ANDY - When I saw your post on another site I said the following: I said you lied because you really didn’t care, that you only used it to attack Obama and the DEMS.

If you really cared you would have made posts attacking Bush when he was in charge, or would have complained about Bush in some of your posts since he left office.

To prove me wrong just show me such posts.

This civilization consumes vast quantities of energy. The rest of the world aspires to our lifestyle, where most of the poor have a TV, often with cable or satellite, & many have internet & a car. Supply & demand. The costs will continue go up, in oil spills, mine disasters & nuclear waste possibly gone missing to some terrorist’s dirty bomb. Energy conservation has become more important to most “environmentalists” than the chemical waste in fluorescent bulbs & photovoltaic cell production. Or we can all go Amish.

Just make those who made the mess clean it up, & those who use thier products pay the true cost.

It’s a beautiful day out. Enjoy it while you can.

ANandy; we can take oil, dosen’t mean we have to guzzle it.

I’m keeping my own cathodic monitor in front of my face until the old girl is really broken, and it’s powered by all-Québecois hydroelectric energy from the James Bay and Manicouagan complexes. Our national pride and joy!

My nearest power plants are windmills, hydro & several acres of desert covered with curved mirrors & black pipe.

The board should list “First born sons and daughters”. My son is lucky, he’s only severely disabled after serving in our latest wars (Iraq, Bosnia, and elsewhere) for oil. A dear friend, a “second born daughter” died in Iraq during that war for oil.(on her second tour)

Only a total idiot can say invading Iraq was anything but arrogant stupidity, for oil.

BTW Chuklitl- just came from several meetings on “alternate energy” projects- they are not without cost either. It is time to ask if we can’t get by with a little more energy use, more wisely applied.

TIG – Long time no hear – If you are going to repeat the chants and attacks you are trained to repeat, at least aim them at people who have said what you are saying they said – I have never called you or anyone of the Right a Racist.

I have expressed my disapointment in both the DEMS, and OBAMA, but still believe that we are better off with them in charge they we were when Bush and the GOP was in charge. If you have read any of my posts you would have noticed that I often list the problems and errors that occurred when Bush and the GOP ran things, and not just make baseless charges and babble.
