This problem has been ongoing at the boarder for DECADES! It didn’t just start when Biden took office! In fact, trumps wall didn’t deter boarder crossings because either they went over or and Under in the numerous constructed tunnels…..Harris said she’ll handle it by diplomacy but so far there’s no reports what she is doing about it.

Lester did get something right (even correct) sort of. Harris laughed at something else that was said and the Reich wing decided to say she was laughing about the border. Lester LOVES dishonesty.

She’s not in charge of what’s going on at the border. Tough concept, ah Mike?

If Biden’s border policy is laughable, Trump’s was nauseating.

Calling the border problem a “crisis” is risible. It’s a problem, sure ‘nuff, but a crisis? In the context of the pandemic… or even if it weren’t, it simply doesn’t rise to that level. I also agree w/ what Lester’s “headline” claims Harris said: The Biden administration (including Harris) is moving ahead to fix the problem in a way that’s both humanitarian and as rapid as bureaucrats can be made to go.

PS: There are still more than 400 kids who were held by #45’s administration whose parents or guardians have not yet been found. Biden’s group is working on that at the same time. You know: Smart enough to chew gum AND walk forward…

The Hill noted that President Biden will let Justice Stephen Breyer decide when to retire from SCOTUS. That was news to us, as we didn’t know the president had a say in when justices retire. But ever since Breyer came out against packing the court to “balance” it, the calls for his retirement have ramped up. Demand Justice, which is “a progressive movement fighting to restore balance to the courts,” is calling on Breyer to step down so that a black woman can take his place.

I’m down with that. I nominate Candace Owens.

This Vox poll should end the ‘defund the police’ narrative once and for all

New poll from Data for Progress and Vox finds that basically everyone — Democrat, Republican, young, old, white, black, brown — would feel safer with more police patrols in their neighborhoods.

Black Lives Matter co-founder Patrisse Khan-Cullors reportedly purchased a compound in Topanga Canyon, California near Malibu for $1.4 million that included a “2,400 square feet, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathroom” main house and a “1-bed/1-bath guesthouse”:

According to the 2010 United States Census, the area is 88.2% white and only 1.4% African American….

    /Down with the struggle, baby.

Slate writer says SCOTUS justices have established a ‘new’ First Amendment rule that accommodates churches and religious activity

the Supreme Court ruled 5-4 that California must allow prayer meetings in private residences. Slate staff writer Mark Joseph Stern, whose beat is courts and the law, thinks that those five justices have established a new First Amendment rule that accommodates churches and religious activity the same as secular activities and establishments.

    “Mark Joseph Stern

Thomas, Alito, Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, and Barrett have used the shadow docket to establish a new First Amendment rule: Whenever the government grants an accommodation to secular activities or establishments, it MUST give that same accommodation to churches and religious activity."

Stern has read the First Amendment, right? It’s not just about freedom of speech.

So our constitutional rights are only ours when the government “grants an accommodation”?

““New rule,” he says, as if the rule isn’t literally in the first amendment”

“The government doesn’t grant first amendment accommodations, but in fact is restrained from infringing on a right we already possess irrespective of government.”

The New York Times@nytimesBreaking News: President Biden will create a panel to study expanding the Supreme Court in an effort to balance the conservative majority created by Donald Trump.

“‘Did the DNC draft this’? NYT’s spin on Joe Biden’s commission to study packing SCOTUS with progressives is ‘truly something special’ "

“It’s pretty interesting to me that for all the media bluster about Trump being a dictator, it appears as if Biden’s sprinting to reshape the country in ways that truly cement power for progressives. And the media? Cheering it on.”

So, tell me, how do you all feel about the “kids in cages” now? Oh wait, their not in cages, they are in fine storage containers with painting of unicorns, right? How about the FACT that there are more illegal crossing than in the last 40 years? And, please tell us how you feel about the admins policy of allowing COVID positive people into the country, the fact that at least 10% of all illegals crossing are COVID positive (some with the Brazilian variant that the vaccines do not help with), the $60 million per day to hold just the kids that were seperated from the adult they entered the country with, the increase in illegal drugs making it across the border just since February 1st, and the fact that even the border control are complaining about lack of support from the dementia china joe admin?
