Hey, lyin’ Mike. A fun fact for you. FEMA data says that the COVID positivity rate among migrants is lower than the rate in the general population of Texas. Sounds like a good reason to deal off Texans and not let them into the rest of the USA, doesn’t it?!

I thought the Governor of TX lifted the mask mandate and declared everything open.

If that is the case then why is it an issue for anyone who tests positive to go to TX?

If you don’t want to come to Texas….stay the hell out. We won’t miss you. If you’re here and want to leave, take a liberal under each arm and don’t let the door hit you in the ass.

I’ve noticed some NHL games have been postponed, not due to actual infections but due to exposure to somebody who either tested positive or was contact traced to somebody who tested positive. That puts a player into the NHL’s covid policy which means they are unavailable to practice, play, workout or anything at team facilities until everyone is sure the player isn’t infected. I’m in MA so I follow the Bruins, but as a hockey fan and somebody who played the sport, I also pay attention to the rest of the league. While there have been players who’ve tested positive there are more players who entered the covid protocol who didn’t ultimately test positive. And as far as I’m aware not a single player has developed any serious symptoms. Most seem to not get sick at all. Obviously nobody has been hospitalized, vented or died. It seems like they’ve taken as many precautions as possible and given the fact that the sport discourages social distancing (God, I miss hitting people!) things have gone exceptionally well.

Now, about those poor folks crossing the border with covid…yeah, that’s not going to be a successful.

Like Nicholson’s character might say, “Lester, you can’t handle the Truth!”

We are about a year and a quarter into the pandemic and we STILL do not have cheap reliable tests available. It would be nice if we applied some socialist, communist funding in that area. Maybe even some priority.

I know, I know. “If you do more testing, you get more cases.”

And anyway, “We want them infected.”

Mike Lester is so concerned about people needlessly spreading covid-19 that he drew tons of comics criticizing Il Douche’s Super-Spreader tour…...…Oh wait, no he didn’t.

Sounds like a better use of the convention center than is being used for now, besides, most of the positive cases are already in the US and were brought over from Europe. Seems to be more of a risk to the kids (who are supposed to be resistant, according to RW sources) than anyone else. But Mike doesn’t miss a chance to present a disingenuous argument.

To all the hard core leftists triggered by the truth – the surge of illegal crossers will bring more diseases, not just Chinese flu, to our already distressed country. If you are so welcoming to them, why not go to the border and bring at least a dozen of them to live with you, covid or no covid tests done. I dare all of you!

FYI, I’m an Asian female – Filipino with Chinese, Malay, and Spanish ancestry. My family and I came here LEGALLY, passing the English language, health, and other tests and eventually became US citizens. We did not sneak in through the open borders.

Many immigrant applicants I know are waiting patiently in their home country for years and years, some up to 10 long years for their papers to be approved but these illegal crossers who come from all over the world, not just South America, are given priority and special treatment over legal immigrants. One of my friends who couldn’t wait anymore applied to Canada and got accepted within 2 years.
