However, a recording of the Watson call reveals the following:

“I won Georgia, I know that, by a lot. And the people know it. And something happened, something bad happened,” Trump says at the beginning of the conversation.

He then urges Watson to find the “dishonesty” in signatures on absentee ballots in Fulton County, which covers most of Atlanta. Watson, meanwhile, was working on a signature audit in Cobb County, not Fulton.

“But if you go back two years, and if you can get to Fulton, you’re going to find things that are going to be unbelievable. The dishonesty that we’ve heard from sources, really good sources. Fulton is the mother lode,” Trump said.

Watson responded: “I appreciate your comment and I can assure you that our team and the (Georgia Bureau of Investigation), that we are only interested in the truth and finding the information that is based on the facts.”

Trump also told Watson he hoped “we” could win Georgia and that “you have the most important job in the country right now.”

Trump adds near the end of the call: “But whatever you can do, Frances. It’s a great thing. It’s an important thing for the country, so important, you have no idea, so important. And I very much appreciate it.”

And we all know that the former guy shot the breeze with Brad Raffensperger about “finding” 11,280 votes somewhere.

And we all know what the former guy was doing. He was fishing for a partner to falsify vote totals to put him over the top. We know that because that is who he is. Engaging in cliched “mafia speak” to disguise his intentions with innocence.

In the end, Watson’s audit found only two mismatched signatures among more than 15,000 votes.

Lester should spend more time on vacation.

I am sure, very sure, absolutely sure that the recording with his voice on it talking to the Georgia Secretary of State is FAKE NEWS. Never happin GA.

Funny, the recording I listened to between Trump and the GA Sec. of State clearly has the former president committing election fraud and tampering….

A transcript that was based on a recorded phone call is “a secondhand source”?

Next thing you know, a person convicted of lying to the FBI will be let off the hook because, well, if the FBI hadn’t asked him questions, he wouldn’t have lied to them.

Can’t wait to hear lester’s take on the Pennsylvania mail carrier named Richard Hopkins who claimed he heard a local postmaster discussing an election-fraud scheme, then released a sworn affidavit to that effect. Fueled a lot of conspiracy theories that the election was stolen, resulting in the insurrection at the Capitol. His claim evaporated just like all claims of voter fraud brought by trump’s minions.

Trump’s attempt to tamper with the electoral machinery in Georgia may not evaporate so easily.

Oh, is this the new revisionist history? You can’t get away with that s**t anymore, Lester. They have these things called video cameras and recorders now.

The fact remains, even after reading the corrected transcript (which was duly corrected, instead of making up a bigger lie, as they do on Faux News), it still shows without any ambiguity that Trump called an election official and tried to force a change to the election results.

For the umpteenth time, a “news” story had to be retracted. How many should it have taken to realize the bias?

Eight people were killed in Lester’s state of residence — 6 of them Asian or Asian-American women — by a man who bought the gun the same day he committed the murders without any background check; the only victim out racist cartoonist sees is Donald Trump.

Could be a case of misidentification given the size of the victims hands.
