Saying no to someone on the train sipping your tea is not racist. Not allowing someone on the train is racist. Not sitting next to someone because of their religion is being a bigot. Not liking someone because they are Muslim is not racist, but it is bigoted. Sharing your tea with everyone except the Muslims is bigoted. So if Uncle Sam was sharing his tea with everyone, then said no to the Muslims, that would be bigoted. If he let the non-sick Muslim have some, but the sick one (the radical one) didn’t get any, that is just being careful. If you don’t understand the difference between any of this, enjoy your basket.
