When I was in .France, public restrooms were exactly that….both genders using the facilities at the same time…unnerving to say the least….one good thing though, the doors almost came down to the floor…..OY OY OY

The case SCOTUS declined to hear yesterday allows a biological female who now identifies as male to use the boys restrooms at school. Logic dictates that it follows that a biological male who now identifies as female can use the girls restrooms. The issue is that chosen gender identity now defines gender, not biology, at least as far as use of restrooms is concerned. It will be interesting to see what they say about sports. Will SCOTUS be consistent or not?

Good Lord! Not this again! Since conservatives have nothing to offer American, they have to manufacture outrage.

I asked my nieces who are high school aged. They said they and their friends don’t really care. But they know about parents that are upset.

Let’s see, the SCOTUS just affirmed that bathrooms can be used by anyone whoconsiders themselves to be a certain gender. A guy who considers himself to be a female can’t be expected to use a urinal? He maybe able to relieve himself on aToilet seat in a female restroom? Wow, the SCOTUS figured that out?

Can we expect some new Equal Access laws to mandate retrofitting all former Ladies rooms with urinals? Come to think of it, in its reverse this may just the thing to help ease the lines for the Womens at public events – we can all use whatever restroom is available; unisex facilities for all! Like the rows of porta potties at fairs – just take the next one that’s free.

Who cares who uses what bathroom? Does it really matter if every bathroom is a family bathroom? jeez, dude, gripe about something that really matters.

I enjoy your art, but please stick to subjects you understand. Why are you so determined to make yourself sound “manly” by attacking strangers? Is that something you do a lot? Have you sought help with your self-esteem problem?

NC passed a “bathroom law” a few years back (which was really to distract from other oppressions that its GOP controlled legislature wanted) – and they soon repealed it due to the backlash… it ended the then Governor’s political career… they did keep those other oppressions, although by now I think they’ve expired…

As long as the restrooms are CLEAN and SANITIZED, I could CARE LESS.

It is telling that the concerns are only about transgendered girls. Where is the moral outrage over transgendered males using the boys’ room?

The case at the Supreme court was a Trans female what was using the Male bathroom. Unless of course you want a big almost dude taking a HUGE amount of testosterone into the “Little Girls Room”

The basic reason that Rambo-mirez (pretend protector of the Q-publican faith) draws things like this is that he has probably dressed as a woman in order to go into a women’s room to try to peek at undressed women and girls and “thinks” that any man would. He refuses to understand that a biologic male who identifies as female is not interested in looking at naked females. It’s called projecting his own proclivities onto others, a standard of the Q-publican party.

They absolutely are.

And this is such a widespread reason for concern because . . . ?

So, they’re going to allow people who are female to go into the women’s bathrooms (and males in the men’s). Regardless of what dangly bits they were born with. And that’s perfectly okay. Because the ones who have chosen to be female know how much effort it took to do it, and how difficult it is to maintain, so they’re very certain about who they are. Kind of like how we tell the adopted kids that most  kids have parents because of being born into the family, but you  were chosen to be in our family!

Ramirez’s job is to sow FUD, regardless of how stupid it makes him look. And it does.

Show and Tell has changed a lot since I was in grade school . . .yes, we had cheerleaders . . every mother that had a daughter. The girls were taller and would have played better basketball. I ran the old electric scoreboard that would sometimes fail before the game was over. I think Thomas Edison made it.

I’ve been in bathrooms with transgender females and it hasn’t bothered me a bit. There are DOORS on the stalls (I don’t want anybody — female, transgender or male) to see me on the toilet. Couldn’t care less if they stand by me at the sink. A transgender undergoing hormone therapy is different than a guy in a dress and would certainly stand out more in the men’s room.

I never saw you say anything about the filthy mouth sweet potato Hitler had and you surely are aware their has been trans people for years and no bathroom problems. This is just more RWNJ bullshit.

Accept another idea – Don’t be such a Democrat.
