Religious radicals/extremists are worldwide menaces and should be watched very closely now that we have seen the harm/terrorism that departure from inclusive established religions can bring.

Well, the Talibans spread in Afghanistan thanks to USA’s support so they could oppose the Russian, and thanks to USA’s support of Pakistan. And the 9/11 attacks were orchestrated by Saudis, best friends of the USA. It’s like feeding a monster believing it is a pet, but of course it’s always for money.

At least there is a common logic with selling lots of guns that are used for mass shootings at home. Saudis masterminded the attacks but they buy a lot of american missiles planes and tanks. Nutcases shoot a lot of people in malls churches or schools, but they get to buy a lot of american guns first.

    Makes sense.

And for those who still don’t “get it”, the Taliban did not do 9-11. It was the Saudis. Remember Osama bin Laden? The Taliban offered to turn him over to a third party but Bush wanted his war and turned them down. The Saudis are Arabs, the Taliban are primarily Pashtuns, Tajiks, Uzbeks, and Turkmens. They don’t even speak the same language.

Never forget…This happened due to a failure of U.S. intelligence; It led to a cascade of bungled foreign policy decisions resulting in the needless death of thousands of American military; It led to a cascade of bungled foreign policy decisions that left the region more more unstable for generations;and never forget the goal of these terrorists was to create an ongoing climate of fear and force Americans to overreact – based on their goals, the terrorists won.

People have forgotten that the Taliban was considered to be friends before 9/11. They were reducing the production of opium to please the U.S. Several Taliban government officials were feted by Big Oil because the Taliban were going to allow a pipeline to built across their country.

Let us not forget, the recently fired/resigned John Bolton had a fairly large hand in our Afganistan/Iraq quagmire. He was Undersecretary of State and later UN Ambassador for W.

Dumping this xenophobic, warmongering hegemon was actually something good that Trump did!

The popular excuse for the 911 attacks range from religious radicals to multi Billion Dollar Insurance Frauds, at that time a number of theory’s circulated, the Bush administration pushed the Muslim threat that opened the excuse for American nation building.

Bush’s Brains (dark lord cheney & big oil) used the attack to gain a foothold in Iraq for oil interests which had nothing to do with the attack, there is another researched claim of Insurance Fraud on the Trade Towers themselves –

There was also rumors tying Global Banking, Bin Laden & crew were Saudi’s a nation that at that time wasn’t radically religious ?

In the end it was the greatest terrorist attack ever committed who died & who prospered and why will eventually hopefully be explained until then the attack will continue to be used as the propaganda to create war atrocities, profiteering and financial scams that stole Billions if not Trillions of taxpayer dollars and used as political motivation to uphold the power of a party that will do anything to secure its control on feeding the greedy machine that runs it!

15 of 19 were Saudi, they were led and funded by Saudis, none were Afghan or Iraqi. Bin Laden was caught in Pakistan. Now, WHY did we go to war with Afghanistan and Iraq. Oh, right, 9/11! Never forget, right, let’s not forget who was really attacking us!

Ramirez, I think you meant Al Qaeda, most of whom were Saudis. The Taliban were the scapegoats we needed to attack to justify our anger since Saudi Arabia is our “friend”.

The main mistake the Taliban did was asking the US for evidence before locating and handing over someone that was reportedly inside their country, much like what the US did when Turkey demanded we hand over Fethullah Gulen.

Make no mistake, the Taliban are bad people, but they weren’t the ones that did 9/11 and the US usually doesn’t invade countries because they have bad people in them. This was a case of blind revenge.
