Yeah, it’s just a little attempted rape, no biggie; right Mr. Ramirez?

Let’s see…assault and attempted rape vs. a wedgie. Hmmm, that sounds about the same…to goobers like Ramirez. To intelligent people, not so much.

    http://www.thediplomad.com/2018/09/high-water-and-low-blows.html:

“The one thing I learned, yet again, is that our prog “friends” will stoop to anything to destroy a rival. The last-minute stunt they have pulled with Judge Kavanaugh is beyond reprehensible, probably even worse than what they did to Clarence Thomas. They have dug up some ultra-prog professor of psychology from, of course, northern California to allege that some time, somewhere, perhaps 30-35 years, in a place not fully established, at a party or gathering on an uncertain date with an uncertain number of attendees, Kavanaugh, then either 16 or 17 years old, proved himself an archetypical, white patriarchal straight male and groped or tired to grope the then also 16 or 17 year old future professor.

How can one defend himself against this type of accusation? Pretty damn hard in our new era where the accused must prove beyond a shadow of a doubt—and without insulting or offending his accuser—that perhaps, maybe, the accuser has it wrong. This is beyond outrageous. No matter what happens, and I don’t believe the accuser’s story from what I have heard so far, Kavanaugh’s life will be permanently altered; he will become the punchline for every prog comedian and politician, will be harassed on the street, and will constantly have to worry about the safety and security of his wife and daughters. Talk about the politics of personal destruction.”

If this was legitimate, Feinstein could have brought it up during his pre-hearing visit. Or she could have brought it up when she repeatedly questioned him in committee. But no, Feinstein leaked it to the press and pulled a democrat Clarence Thomas dirty trick for politics sake. Classic democrat trash move by a political has-been.

I hope Ramirez never has to deal with a loved one being raped and physically threatened (or worse injured) and the nightmares and psychological effects that persist long afterward … it’s not a pleasant experience but if you have had a loved one raped, you will no longer joke about it or trivialize it.

If you want to know why women complain, Kavanaugh is accused of attempted rape, turning up the music and covering his victim’s mouth so that her screams wouldn’t be heard. And Ramirez is pretending that that’s similar to a fourth-grade wedgie.

Do me a favor: Stop making my gender look disgusting.

Posters here and elsewhere seem outraged that Kavanaugh is not being presumed innocent until proven guilty.

In their next sentences they denounce Kavanaugh’s accuser of telling a lie, of being a political operative, “making up stories”, and the like. Why are they denying her a presumption of innocence?

Either they are both innocent until proven guilty — he of the charge of attempted rape, and her of the charge of lying — or you’re simply being partisan. Feel free to express your opinion, but you might want to keep that in mind.

By The Way Mikey Did you get this Cartoon approved by you new Master Sheldon Adelson? Are you comfortable spending his Mobbed up Gambling profits. You know there was a Day that Gambling was considered immoral. Guys like you often talk about the slide into immorality but hell as long as you are getting paid that is all that counts.

I believe Mr. Ramirez is poking fun at the orchestrated political circumstance (read Feinstein’s tardy reveal), not the actual accusation being put forward. In that way the alleged victim – or pawn, in this case – is being abused all over again, and I find that truly disheartening.

Whoa, dude! We’ll have the FBI investigate this! In the meantime, we’ll ram through Kavanaugh’s appointment to the (rubber stamp) Supreme Court.

Wth is wrong with you people? Are you so devoid of humanity the EVERYTHING is politically motivated? If it was your sister, mother, aunt, or another female in your family, would yo be so horribly calloused? The truth about the corruption of the tbag bitch slaps you on a daily basis, yet you choose to ignore the absolute SH*T hole we are spiraling into. Your comeuppance with the consequences of your support will eventually come. Why are humans so AWFUL? Terrible, tragic, and incredibly depressing!

I wonder if the Catholic Church is learning a lesson from this; if the incident happened so long ago, is it really all that important now? Oh wait, “that’s different,” isn’t it? Let us remember, folks, the Republicans claim to be the party of “family values” and the “moral majority.” So a few “high school high jinx” are just absolutely excusable to the “Right People.”

I don’t see anything in the Constitution about how any woman who ever knew a man can veto his nomination to the Supreme Court. Must be in the penumbra or emanations section.

The Trump Republicans are trying to get their candidate approved, without investigation — and the FBI did investigate in the Clarence Thomas-Anita Hill case. The Trump Republicans are setting artificial deadlines, to avoid trying to get their candidate approved after the mid-terms. They are attempting to get Kavanaugh elevated to the Supreme Court without allowing for sufficient review of all his judicial writings and his time in previous government service. The Trump Republicans are attempting a bare-faced power grab.

All this, on top of their squashing of President Obama’s nominee to the Supreme Court, Merrick Garland.

It seems pretty desperate. It seems they are willing to risk further alienating and energizing their opposition, if they can only pull off packing the Supreme Court.

Yea I’m a day late. Something how Mr. Ramirez opinion today of this differs from his previous cartoon. It must be OK for a Republican trying to get in to Supreme Court.
