One of the Proud Boys leaders pled guilty to seditious conspiracy charges for Jan. 6. Hopefully DOJ is considering filing these charges on former Trump staffers, attornies, and others who led the charge, including the Velveeta Voldemort.

Republicans are the crazy uncle sitting on his porch in cammo gear and a shotgun, waiting for the government to come driving up to get him.

The Republicans who truly believe the election was rigged must be bummed out. Some 70% respond to polls that way, but that’s like asking them Do you love Jesus?

All of the president’s men & women, all of the billionaire backers, all of the million $ lawyers, ten thousand Trump supporter LEOs and local officials in every state, Tucker Carlson and Sean Hannity, all of the Trump appointed high power Feds who got canned Jan. 20, all of the Trump appointed SCOTUS…

…came up with 0 vote rigging.

So it’s all either a pose or a delusion. Pretty deplorable either way.

I get so tired of hearing those people holler and scream about what they think are the bad things happening when they are the ones actually doing those bad things. It’s them causing the trouble in the first place. :-P

It was a small protest march— with automatic weapons, which makes it a bit more problematic than than your average small protest march. Trump intended it to be a very large coup, encouraged it, and only decided to tell the participants to go home when it became apparent that it would not be able to achieve his intended purpose, because there weren’t enough completely off the rails people to accomplish it.

Traitor Trump wanted Pence to be murdered so he could declare martial law. What part of this objective reality do people NOT get?

When your position on controversial issues both cements your group identity and plants you in opposition to real or fake enemies, changing it can exact a high personal toll.

Republicans desperately WANT a civil war. They assume they’ll win it and satisfy their insatiable bloodlust at the same time. They do not, however, want to see themselves as the villain of the story so they will point fingers and shout accusations at the left so they can pretend that they’re the good guys.

When are we going to start jailing the butt heads who planned and incited the insurrection?
