I think Speaker Pelosi has been working hard to see that the money goes to SMALL businesses and not into the pockets of those who are getting around regulations. To people who really deserve it. Such as local cafes and barbers and such.
Mitch only wants to help red states if he can. His state sucks down 150 in federal money every year. Let Mitch’s state go bankrupt.

By the time November rolls around, even the most desolate red state will have a wave of virus, with no hospitals within hours, and the closest hospitals will not be well equipped. There will be unnecessary death, and there will be anger.
I have yet to see anyone consider the fact that outbreaks that are closing meat packing plants may mean that the food we are now buying may expose us. It is hard to imagine that the people could get sick without contaminating the meat they were handling. Hope you all stocked your freezers before now. Or now is a good time to go vegan. Or buy direct from a farm/butcher.
