Mitt Romney: Obamacare covers preexisting conditions... who cares? ...aren't we all born with health insurance? Butler: Cluelessness-- a preexisting condition. Richie Mitt Fixes Health Insurance
Anyone who buys health insurance, and then has it dropped when they get sick, should have taken care of their own future, according to Mitt. And apparently, if you paid for fire insurance on your house for thirty years, and it burns and the company decides not to pay, you’re expecting an “entitlement.” The ones who collect the premiums are “makers,” those who expect to be covered by what they paid for are “takers.” Welcome to the bitter, divisive, entitled world of Mitt Romney.
^Not as good as Japan, Germany, or numerous other nations, but without Republican “problems” created, it could be, or even better. Amazing that much of the “third world” DOES have better health care than the U.S., and it costs LESS!!
Wow, health care in socialized Canada is so terrible, you can’t ever hardly see a doctor — except my doctor’s office called me yesterday and said, “Since we changed the dosage on your meds a month ago, you really should come in so we can see about your levels.” Of course I’ll have to reach into my own pocket to get my health card so the doctor can submit the bill. Oh, the horrors of socialized health care!!
That reminds me — did I see on the TV that in the US you have to pay for a flu shot? Gosh, I get mine for free either at my doctor’s office or at one of the public clinics the government sets up. Oh that intrusive government, butting into my life and providing clinics where I can get a free flu shot!! You’d think people are entitled to health care!! Take some responsibility, people!!
‘yep, there it is again, he rich get him richy rich rich he mean he..’-Don’t forget the part about Willard being a tax cheat. Unless, of course, he is able to simultaneously reside in more than one state.
You mean like the now elderly that fought for (and some even died) to give you the freedom to be the type of person you are here on these boards?
Let us just give them totally inadequate vouchers, after all many of them are also on social security that they paid into all their lives, and so are such moochers on the backs of all of those wonderful 1% taxpaying types!
Of course, we also vote, so stick that one into your computer and chew on it a bit!
“while I vote for positive change—Romney. .”Correct me if I’m wrong . . . but it sounds as if, with military pay, pension, VA, Social Security, Medicare – you might be one “dependent upon government”, as Romney calls it.If so, Romney doesn’t want your vote.
Yep. Being born with a silver spoon is certainly “do(ing) what gets them where they are in life”. Being born poor or handicapped or being old or in an accident is clearly a life choice.
“30 years in the military . . . SS and Medicare . . .”Well, again, since you’ve been receiving redistributed taxpayer money from us taxpayers for many years, you’ve been “dependent upon government”, as Romney calls it . . . and so, Romney does not want your vote.
I applaud all those who have managed to pull themselves up out of poverty — my parents, for example — but that doesn’t mean that I want to leave the others behind. I’m amazed by the mean-spirited selfishness that says “I got mine, too bad if you’re having a hard time, suck it up and shine my shoes for me, buddy.”

His remarks reveal his true nature: utterly incapable of empathy with anyone less fortunate than himself.

The people who live near you should be worried about the amount of time you spend on 6th grade playgrounds.
