Biden’s son Hunter sues IRS, alleges unlawful release of his taxes

WASHINGTON (Reuters) – President Joe Biden’s son Hunter Biden sued the U.S. Internal Revenue Service on Monday, alleging unlawful disclosure of his taxes by whistleblowers who work for the U.S. tax agency. The lawsuit, filed in U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, focused on statements made by IRS agents Gary Shapley and Joseph Ziegler in media interviews amid a long-running investigation by House of Representatives Republicans into the younger Biden’s taxes and business dealings.

Hunter can take his case all the way to the Supreme Court. Because,

“the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.”

Remember, the first half of the 2nd means nothing. The second half doesn’t say anything about “except drug users”.

What are the stats on people being taken to trial for lying on an application for a gun license when the charge isn’t accompanied by additional charges involving actual use of the gun or committing another violent crime? If a ‘background check’ doesn’t show anything that would prohibit getting the license, then false statements on the application never come to light unless he/she is involved in some violent activity. Or unless there is a political agenda involved. Wonder why the democrats haven’t launched investigations into Ivanka’s and Jared’s presidential appointments and concurrent business dealings [no influence-peddling involved there /s]].

Enforce the laws on the books and get crime under control. Do something an leave responsible, legal, sloppy dressed gun owners alone. ( add Sen.Fetterman to that slob list)

Nothing like a couple of MAGA meth heads with military weapons.

Man in Florida kills man trimming trees on his side of his property. Which is perfectly legal, I do the same. If I didn’t it would make mowing my lawn behind the garage a lot more difficult, and would allow the poison ivy to become a bigger problem on my property, than it already is. Com-Ed comes out and trims the other side and the higher stuff around the power lines. The neighbor trims the other side of those trees for the same reason, making it easier to mow.

I’m gonna guess Florida Man with a gun, is a wack job that wants to hide illegal activity on his property. He probably also believes since he told his neighbor he was going to shoot him if he didn’t stop trimming the branches on his side of the property justifies his murdering his neighbor.

And people wonder why I don’t want to visit Florida these days. Way too many wackadoos with guns.

AR-15’s kill a tiny fraction of people than handguns do. Yes, they look scary to the uneducated chattering class, they are nothing but a juiced .22 rifle. Abolish all federal gun laws if you don’t want them enforced.

Oookay, this is a tough one. For this time Amosxal is to a large degree right. The AR15 isn’t even allowed on my deer lease in Texas because it isn’t effective enough to make sure the deer won’t suffer or be able to find once they are dead, if that happens after being shot with one which isn’t real likely. Trouble is they are capable of causing great harm if used on a human, especially a small one, but are pretty much useless as a hunting weapon They seemed to have gained a large following because of how dangerous they supposedly look and they can be “accessorized”. Kind of like a Barbie doll but for “boys”.

The problem is that the gun laws are not enforced. Rather, in this case enforced selectively.

Of course, Hunter was not INTENTIALLY trying to mimic a republican when he bought his firearm – if he were, he’d have immediately committed an offense with it, instead of merely keeping it around until his girlfriend threw it away, 11 days later…

Oh, and Hunter, eventually paying your back taxes along with the fines involved shows the world you haven’t REALLY grasped the “republican” way of doing things, but keep trying – you’ll eventually make it as a republican if you try hard enough…
