It sure seems that the minority leader was for rules changes when he was majority leader… look at the Supreme Court!

A system that needs filibustering is a system that is broken. How could any sane person think that filibustering is a good thing?

Either we are a Democracy, with free and easy access to vote EVERYWHERE, or we aren’t.

@ (๑❛ᴗ❛๑) supra. True, no one is losing their right to vote. All that’s being taken away is their ability to vote by the elimination of polling places, poll workers, and gerrymandering of districts. Their right is intact, but the exercise of that right is being slowly eroded away.

If they want a filibuster, make them work for it. Make it require 41 people to hold the floor in order to keep the filibuster going. Once that number drops, the filibuster ends.

You could have just as easily Manchin or Sinema there. Not to mention the other 49 Republicans serving in the Senate.

Americans favorite right is the right to remain stupid. A right that they exercise every day.
