etocme … is that the best you can do? If Pres Obama and the government just went away the industry will die on it’s own of self inflicted wounds; unless some very “serious” changes are made.
They’re going to have to raise them anyway–the market has changed since last summer. They can pull it off, and are (new Fusion Hybrid beats Camry & Accord Hybrid MPG). Not that govt really should be involved in this anyway.
That’s exactly what the President and the Majority should do the next time the Minority insists on dictating terms and then screws up legislation. “Go ahead, punk. Filibuster and make my day.”
