Look no further than the corporation farmers and their wasteful methods of flood watering along the Colorado all the way from Grand Junction to Yuma. It may be expensive to convert to drip irrigation but it will be much more cost effective now than a few years down the road when there is nary a trickle left.

This is a global, deadly serious problem

You need them cement ponds when you live in the desert.

Due to the drought, skeletons, artifacts, buried villages, and ships of yesteryear are exposed…

The western edge of both North and South America is littered with evidence of past civilizations that have came and went based on the availability of water. We may or may not see another.

And yet 1/3 of Pakistan is under water, and Jackson’s decrepit water supply (both ends) has failed. Thank goodness these are acts of God and not related to climate change.
