What the heck happened? Yesterday Bets was storming into the apartment yelling at them to "Nip it ‘n’ Zip It!’ Today Tiffany is in the room and Bets is outside, doing nothing. Where did all the bossy fire go to? Some needed to tell Stef to GTH.

And arguing that at least Kip kept his pants on don’t cut it because all a guys needs is a zipper to do the dirty deed.

“Keep yer dang britches on!” is a phrase I’d maybe expect old ladies, if anybody, to say — not a 2021 college student. Yeah, I know it served as a setup for the punchline here, but still.

I’m remembering Tiff’s comments about the god of love wanting Stef and Kip to be together 24/7…

Dez, Tiffany and Bets would rather have Kip as a roommate than Stef. They really appreciate him♡. I find their admiring gaze incredibly funny.

Tiffany remembers the reason why she returned to dorms in the first place and reboots plans for “Operation Kip, while pondering which knife to stick in Stef’s back.

Bets gets momentary pleasant memories of the other guys she once dated until she remembers they were all “liars and cheaters,” who promptly dumped her.

What we’ve learned here is that Greg is much better at drawing attractive men than women.

When Gunther comes over, or a different young man, Steph will get pay back.

All the time Bernice was staring at Jack’s butt I thought was a little childish. Now having Bets, Dez and Tiffany staring at Kip’s surprisingly un-ripped abs seems three times the magnitude of childishness.

Seems like Tiff may be changing her mind about not having Steff for a room mate, considering the talent that may show up regularly. I can also see the potential for the writers to expand on Steff, Tiffany and Betts having a major “The World Revolves Around MEEEEE” fest. There are a lot of ways this arc can go.

Well, the level of prurient activity in Luannverse has proceeded to the closest to actual sexual congress, which makes sense since we’re at the young adult phase. Kip is quite the attractive young stud, which all the women notice, but still the issue of how Tiffany is going to have a room and pursue her semester remains. I will make a prediction! Hilarity ensues, Tiffany will do just fine, Bets will help her academically, the other girls will create a situation much better for her than if she stayed at the mansion, it will work out but be the source of all kinds of craziness.

You can do just as much with your britches on as with them off, of course.

OK, this “roomie” relationship between Tiff and Stef is being set up for total disaster. Either TIff tries to take Kip or Stef and Tiff just continue to go at it until one of them leaves. I dunno about this. I vote that Stef leaves and takes Kip with him. I think Tiff can do better… much better.

At least one of the the partners keeping their pants on at all times is an old safe sex rule. Then alternate the pants wearing as needed.

So my question is, how is the relationship between these sexually active characters and the “never been on a date” Tiffany going to work out? Is Stef going to tell her all about things? Is Bets going to show her some videos? Will Nancy give her a book?

This is a little over the top to what I’m used to seeing in Luann.

I’m guessing it was Kip who broke up with Steph. But, the minute they’re back in the same room, hanky panky ensues.So, are they back together or was this a one-off thing?

He might be planning to move up. Either way, these two might just be the new villains of this comic strip. Maybe Ann is his mother. And Shannon is his little sister. Aaah…now it all makes sense.

Young people are familiar with the word “britches”? I thought only older southerners still used that word.
