With her ability to identify, classify and reference, she must have been an archaeologist or a head librarian for the Library of Congress, and decided to step down… either that, or she’s just related to Data….

With two kids nearly fully adult, and no grandchildren, the Degroots have gone way overboard on the decorations. Two trees? Luann and Brad will be like “Hey, mom looks great, I’m going to a freinds house, see ya.”

Eh. If they’ve got decorations to use, why not, right?

More eerie is Nancy’s Telepathic Powers. Call Roswell. They are among us, and her name is Nancy.

Well, I dont have a record for most posts…. maybe for most consecutive first posts… but that’s not the same as posting the “word” “1st”….- Although the other day I set the record for the most wordd in a post that contain words related to the word first, like start, beginning, inception, 1st, prime, square one, etc…- But I deleted that one, because I had a second thought about it… I mean, what does it matter, in the bigger picture, anyway?…

While you were saying that, I was typing my addendum….for the record, and at the risk of sounding borg-ish and like a “spoil-sport”, I did agree with you…. and my point above was also that for every “record”, there’s always some other record out there, so in the long run, it’s all just grasping….

Frank’s head is low, he’s gazing at the hearth, he stopped doing things, and is just standing there… so, that’s why Nancy is asking… she doesn’t know what he is thinking, but she can tell that he is thinking something… which is where the joke is coming from, if he dare to open his nouth to start an argument, to let her know just what it was…. she’s gonna wanna know…. boy she could be sorry she asked, and he’d be sorry for relenting….-if there were a 4th panel, it would show Frank drawn by Greg literally standing between s rock and a hard place….

The best ornaments are the ones with a story behind them, I have ornaments from 2 Grandmothers, Grampa, and even from one Great Gramma… also have some I bought myself to commemorate something, and many hand-made by my nephew and nieces.

What a stupid waste of time and energy that is. They’ll get over it one day. Toss the decorations or leave them in the attic.

My Mother decorates the same way… she has about 200 snowmen, of various sizes, 3 Xmas villages, more than a dozen Santas, 2 trees upstairs, one downstairs and another outside (All decorated in diff themes) And mini lights everywhere there’s room for them.

My mom was the exact same way as Luann’s mom. She had to have the ornaments in their same exact spots every year. Even if the tree changed places. To a point that stopped when we got rid of the old Zenith cabinet TV.

Nancy knows Frank well enough to know that he does NOT know where the ornament should go. He also has no idea who Jerry and Linda are. And he does not recall ever seeing that ornament before.

Nancy knows Frank much better than he knows her. He doesn’t have a clue what she is thinking about most of the time. That is how it is for all the married couples I know.

Further, I’m tempted to delete my comment just to mess up the numbering..for real fun, imagine a system whereby disfavored comments could be shifted to the DISFAVORED stack if more than say 30 clicked the disfavored key with another key set up to undo those with the name favored. Each member could vote only once per comment against that comment but could renounce that vote if changed mind.List the number of ANTIs and PROs and the count difference. If any posted more than say 30 ANTI votes in a day, all their posts would be trash canned into the DISAPPROVED FOR EXCESSIVE ANTI VOTES stack with links to the comments in question. This would give their potential saviors a chance to ressurect their posts by agreeing the votes were deserved, at the risk of being blacklisted as well. All the comments would be available for viewing, just the latter two would not be in the primary stack.Any who were persistently disfavored could be listed there under the assumption new comments would wind up there eventually..This way people like milania, Donny, SGT or whoever he is lately could still have their say but they would likely be an extra click away. .(Maybe me too.).just a thought, it should be interesting

It’s fun to do things just to see other people’s reactions, isn’t it? I don’t have the heart to tell one of my cousins that I actually do wear makeup occasionally, just never around her because my lack of femininity bothers her immensely. It’s fun!

Belinda Banana Anna states, “First” and it is an issue? Really? I have seen many of you claim the title many times. Many of you that appear to love nothing more than to hear (read?) your heads roar. I haven’t said a word because of freedoms and my whatever-floats-your-boat opinion of life. Occasionally the comments are clever but more often than not, they are pretty lame. But so what? If you enjoy it, let it be. So now I’ll make like a Banana, and split.
