And when mom goes downstairs, she’ll find that breakfast has already been made for her.
We can only hope….
Lucky Mom. Only one to feed.
The true nature of motherhood.
My son has always been an early riser. When he was going on 4, the ex & I solved the “make me breakfast” problem on weekends by setting his breakfast up the night before, leaving his bowl of cereal & daily vitamin on the kitchen table & a small pitcher of milk in the fridge.
Sure son, just go around to my belly.
Umm, is there bacon on the menu?
“You are breakfast”
Please post a new cartoon
It is now June 14. And I really miss not having any updates of Liz Climo comics!
I was wondering if she is coming back here?
Hey LIZ! what’s going on??? Are you ok?
Is it something we said?
Me too, miss the cute and funny gentle not so cute ration.
What, no new comic since a couple of months?
I think she has run off with Jake from “Jake Likes Onions”. His last comic was January 9th, coming up on his 6 month anniversary. He must be well diversified to be able to live off one comic for that long.
Liz, are you OK? It’s been two months now, we miss you!
Did you give up and move on to something better?
Helloooooo…. Anybody here?
Congratulations on your third anniversary, Liz. You must be doing well to make it 3 months on the same cartoon.
Yay! Liz makes it 4 months on the same cartoon!
My mother has never been good first thing in the morning. Ever. When I got old enough, she’d put bowl, spoon and cereal box out where I could get it, out just enough milk in a small (creamer?) pitcher the fridge, also where i could get it. If dad was home (he was an airline pilot as well as a military reservist pilot) he’d make hard boiled eggs if he felt like it. (Those and p &j were the limits of his culinary skills until the nice microwave meals came out.)
