My less than three months old computer needed to have some components replaced. That went well. But a customer service rep in a country not the U.S. called, before seven o’clock in the morning, to see if the work was done. I was not happy. When she asked if I was having any problems, I enumerated the problems which I suspected were glitches, but I wanted a record of. The woman told me that the problems were variously an email server problem, an Internet Explorer problem, and a Facebook problem. NOT ONE SINGLE “I’M SORRY YOU HAD THOSE PROBLEMS.” Just "not my (her and/or Dell’s) problem.
