Let me see… After several attempts, starting from the day he took office, recall aficionados found enough rich conservative donners to fund a recall drive, that barely met the criteria to pass. Their main candidate brought a bear to his campaign announcement. Their most famous candidate is running because their rich neighbors are tired of homeless people.

Democrats outnumber Republicans 2 to 1 in California. The state has come through the Pandemic very well, with low numbers of cases and deaths (by percent), a budget surplus and while Newsome’s ratings have dropped, he’s not exactly unpopular.

Ms. Benson shouldn’t be drawing soccer balls, she should be drawing spit balls.

This is the problem with direct democracy. California should remove their recall and initiative process and let the state legislators make all of decisions.

Whenever the emotions of dim-witted, ignorant, gullible, lockstep bien-pensants come into play, the intelligence, education, and experience of true patriots are dismissed as impractical. 83% of humanity has IQs no greater than 100, yet, at each and every turn, a majority of those 83% dismiss the policies and procedures of well-informed, well-meaning, patriotic leaders, not because those policies and procedures are flawed, but because the majority of the 83% refuse to spend the time and energy to grasp the rationale of the policies and proposals. They are simply lazy and find it easier to say “It makes no sense” and “we’ve never done it that way before.” Humanity’s dim-witted, ignorant, gullible tail has wagged humanity’s intelligent, educated, experienced, rational dog for MILLENNIA!

Incoming….Going to be interesting to see where this goes. Kalifornia is such a cesspit of left wing socialist ideology and experimentation. We saw the writing on the wall and left over 15 years ago. Good choice because that state has been going steadily downhill. Massive homelessness, tent cities, junkies openly shooting up, human feces and urine in the streets, crime, murder and shooting rates skyrocketing. Shoplifting is now an unpunishable crime. Prosecutors don’t prosecute and when they do the judges usually let the criminals walk resulting in a revolving door injustice system. The state is so hostile to business that they’ve been leaving in droves. In fact several Hollywood studios and production companies have just announced they are relocating to New Mexico and other places. Question is, have the people reached their breaking point with their hypocritical socialist rulers? Probably not given the likes of Wiz in SanDiego, but Newsom’s recall will give an indication one way or the other. What’s that definition of insanity? Doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results? Kalifornia has been insane for years now.
