Charlie Brown, you blockhead.
I think Lio was dealing from the bottom of the deck to poor ol’ Charlie Brown!
What Charlie Brown is thinking right now: Well! Here comes ol’ Lio. Good ol’ Lio… yes sir! Good ol’ Lio… How I hate him!
I wonder how hard it was for Tatulli to replicate that first panel.
“Comic strip poker.” Brilliant!
This one had me laughing out loud.
You would think that Charlie Brown would have a good Poker face , go figure !
Heh, Lio does the undressing line drive right back at the pitcher one better…
it’s too early to see Peanuts
Still can’t win at anything, huh, CB?
Good grief!
More likely the comic artists have an annual getogether and wild fun ensues. Maybe Mark participates but I doubt 6 Chix do…
@MarkTatulli…how many ways can you invade all of the other comics?
Who was the third poker player?
Does Tiffany from “Luann” ever play?
Why’s everybody always pickin’ on him?
“Rats”…
Charlie Brown probably lost his kite and football as well……
And where (much less how) is Charlie Brown gonna find another shirt like that?
Rats!
Charlie Brown won a rock.
I’ve heard of losing your shirt, but this is ridiculous! What would Peppermint Patty and Marcie say if they saw him like this?
Everybody is misunderstanding. Charlie Brown didn’t lose his clothes in the poker game. It was fastball that came back and found him.
Everything about today’s strip and the comments is AWESOME on so many levels!!!
Charlie Brown, I used to think you’re crazy, but now I can see your nuts.
If Tom Batiuk did this, there would probably be a “Tip of the Hat to Charles M. Schulz” and a layout to read sideways.
Good grief…
This is a classic!
Shermy and Patty, along with brunette Violet, were among the first characters to appear in the “Peanuts” comic. In later years they didn’t appear at all.
Look to later strips around November — there are several cartoonists celebrating Charles Schulz’ 100th birthday!
