Do all of these criticizing repulsican crime family members have a viable humanitarian plan to deal with this tidal wave of immigrants washing up on our shores? Sitting quietly on your fat butts while THE ORANGE IDIOT was separating children from families and locking them in cages wasn’t much of a plan, but The Repulsican Congressional mob was apprently OK with it. THE IDIOT had four years to devise a plan. Surely Biden should be allowed a few weeks at least to deal with the decades-old problem.

I decided to conduct an experiment to see how many likes the democratic and republican comments on the Lalo Alcaraz (democratic strip) and the Lisa Benson (republican strip) strips got. Now, you would imagine that democratic comments would be popular in Alcaraz’s strip and republican comments would be popular in Benson’s strip.

So, let’s just say that the results were absolutely hilarious. Go vanquish the GOP, lovely Dems! Love from Canada!

I watched the 2004 version of “The Alamo” this week. There is an amazing part where Santa Ana tries to justify what he did and how he did it. He wanted to “Make Mexico Great Again” because he knew EXACTLY what the United States was going to do. That if Mexico did not act strongly they would end up subordinate to the United States, begging for scraps.

I believe that Mexico is a strong, proud country, with wonderful, hardworking, good people. I’ve only been there once, and that was 40 years ago, but I’d love to go back.

I also believe that the United States is not a very good neighbor and often seems to be doing its best to prove Santa Ana correct. We must do better.

And we had “rain” here in north San Diego County. Big fat raindrops. Here, here, and… here. People came out and danced. Barefoot children in the “rain”.

    (sigh)

    Sometimes, hilarity reigns.

“Something there is that doesn’t love a wall, …

Before I built a wall I’d ask to know

What I was walling in or walling out,

And to whom I was like to give offense.

Something there is that doesn’t love a wall" — Robert Frost

My personal observation. Republicans do not have a sense of humor, unless it is pointed at those the dislike, can not make fun of themselves.
