A poultice of Adolph’s meat tenderizer is remarkably effective on many insect bites. I used to use it on my daughter whenever she tangled with fire ants.

I got something for bug bites. Try smearing honey on your skin and lie in the bushes. You’ll get PLENTY of bug bites.

Arnicare gel, just discovered it last year. Pricey but worth it!

Just dampen a paper towel with plain old cheap ammonia and wipe on bites. Works really well.

Kill the bugs, end the problem (I have allergic reaction to bug bites, big flipping red swelling sunny side up that last up to a week. I am the best client of anti bugs products.

Everyone always packs band-aids for camping. What you really need to bring are painkillers, allergy meds, anti-itch cream, solarcaine, anti-diarrhea pills, and as a crisis precaution, tooth gel.
