The implication appears to be “Would the last honest politician turn off the lights when he departs?”

General Powell was a soldier first, a moderate in politics. The Republican Party has outlawed moderates.

Too bad he helped the Bush admin lie the USA into a needless war or two.

It seems trump is jealous that Powell was in the news yesterday instead of him. He really went off on him, of course the fact that Powell has spoken out against trump had everything to do with it, nothing else matters to the grifter.
