I don’t like Mr. Reid very much but I think he made a frustrated comment that has ballooned into something beyond his control.

I doubt he really believes that people aren’t suffering under the problems associated with Obamacare but I also think he is tired of the bitching associated with minor glitches.

I’m sure he thought that once they got the system up and running and the freebies were flowing, that a lot of the complaining could be attributed to the tea party. Here they are well into 2014 and the system is still pissing off the majority of taxpayers and he’s starting to sweat.

We really need a constitutional congress.

We need to reaffirm the rights of citizens to be free to pursue happiness as they see fit. We need the federal government’s scope limited and we need the dependent class constrained in their ability to leach off the producers in society.

    Atlas needs to shrug!!!!!!!

The joke is, it’s not acting. He was simply explaining the facts.

" every single one of the cases where people claimed to have lost their insurance or had their rates raised were lies.".Either this professor has been extremely busy studying each case or he took a big swig of lefty Kool Aid and spouted the first thing to come to mind after “Obama is my savior”. Employers with fewer than 49 employees are dropping their coverage because of increased costs (my wife works for one), so for this professor to say it was all lies is so full of bull, it would take 1000 dairy farms to equal that kind of manure content.

Nope, Krugman didn’t say “every single case was a lie,” he said “every case PUT IN A GOP AD was a lie.” There are people hurt by Obamacare, but they aren’t people who have health problems. They’re the very rich, and the very healthy, who have to pay a bit more. Not very sympathetic sufferers, so the GOP doesn’t use them in ads. You should read Krugman’s blog post before criticizing him for things he never said, because tjhe blog post was dead-on accurate.

Sorry to hear of your mother. Is the fewer Dr’s and higher cost because she is receiving better care now?

Jeff, with all due respect, you are very, very, very likely not properly researching the options. Why not quit trolling on the Internet and go help your poor mother figure out how the system works, because it does..Perhaps you live in one of those states where the rightwingers were able to make it illegal to help people find the right information, but you’re bright enough to do it. And I mean that with all sincerity.
