thanks man. i got to play every game they had from 1970 to 1993. i left some behind. this is a day for their memory. and to count god’s blessing on those of us left to honor them.
And maybe especially those who were thrown away in unpopular and ultimately useless ‘conflicts’ like Vietnam. Lost a few friends to that one, including some who came back but never recovered, and it wasn’t always for physical issues. Don’t get me wrong, I would have gone if they’d have had me but my issues the draft board didn’t like were a whole lot worse than ‘bonespurs’, I’ve felt guilty ever since. And the worse part was the way our soldiers, who had no say in the matter, were treated when they returned.

All are gone from WWII in my family.❤️
My dad died in 2016, all my uncles are gone. My Ex died 3 years ago May 25th. ❤️
My brother, 62 and brother in law, 78 are still with us! ❤️
