All true Jews or Christians (or Muslims for that matter) must as the first step in being forgiven for our sins MUST first admit that we are all sinners, and confess our sins (as much as we directly know of them) to God (and for Christians God is also Christ) and ask God’s forgiveness for them.

However, as Donald Trump is Donald Trump’s own God, he certainly does not need to do that, now does he?

Then just how is it even remotely possible for a true conservative Christian (or any other kind of Christian for that matter) to even possibly conceive of voting for a man that does not seek to be right with the true God?

And this is just one of this man’s faults. I do no tthink thais man is the anti-Christ as shown in Revelations, as he certainly does not have the necessary charisma or power. But, if you actually bother to read the life of Christ as put forth in the Gospels, you have no choice but to realize just how far from this ideal man (Christ) as presented there this character is. Does any truly thinking Christian see kindness, humility, love and forgiverness in this man? Are not those the kinds of qualities that make a truly great man, let alone the possible president of this great country? Sorry, but in that case this man should be fired from even making the attampt to become a person of such great power!!!

And before I get attacked again by some of our more ultra conservative on this site, realize it is not the sinful me that will eventually be judging such a man, but God himself. Not a day goes by, that I do not actively seek the fogiveness of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!

Sarah Palin came out and said Trump is every bit the hero as John McCain is.http://www.addictinginfo.org/2015/07/21/sarah-palin-wants-you-to-know-donald-trump-is-just-as-much-a-hero-as-john-mccain/

What I am talking about is the saving of my own and other Christian’s souls. And that has nothing to do with either going to church, or tithing at all. Perhaps our rewards in heaven on the other side of the great divide of death might be influenced by such geatures. But the saving of mine and other souls depends upon my sincere realization of my own sinfluf nature, and my accepting the sacrifice of Jesus Christ upon that cross some 2,000 years ago as my own sacrifice for those sins. And if he were to lose anyone of us that have made that commitment, then he would not be the Christ. But he is, and so the saving of my eternal sould no longer depends upon mortal and fallible me, but on the immortal and infallible Christ. And that is where my own faith is directed!!

I made and make no statesment to being anywhere near as good a Christian as I should like to be, but I am a Christian.

And by the evidence of his own words, Donald Trump is not a Christian at all (he, not I, said he does not even seek the fogiveness of God for his sins). Is this then kind of man (despite all of his other manifold problems) that Christians would want as their president?

I appreciate your kind defence of my posts, but I am not being pious at all, merely trying to bring up a valid point. People that are being pious are usually stating that they are more righteous than otehrs. There is absolutely no place in my posts where I state that position at all. In fact, Gypsy8 was stating that my position was exactly opposite of being pious. Of course, he was being just a bit snarky about it, and so I was also a bit snarky (in I hope was a relatively kind manner) also.

I’m sorry; Trump tells the truth, avoids PC bull-crap, is unapologetic for the fortune he EARNED, has been a wonderful father and staunch supporter not only of his church and says that ills he performs he tries to make better and he is accused of being …what? As opposed to the lying piece of filth in the White House who claims he’s a Christian and stands idly by while Christians are decimated by those he really seems to be supporting? Who has really been trying to displace G-d for the last 7 tears? Get your heads on straight. Love Trump or hate him, but he’s done nothing to earn vilification. If one genuinely believes in the Lord, buying the media Kool-Aid doesn’t solve anything.
