Pigs in space

Given a glimpse of what could be, but money clouds the minds of people who refuse to see the smog.

Not only that but it is expected there will be 500 deaths for Road Rage this year!! Murica is great again!!!

Funny how we have to make the country great after those leaking fistulas were in the driver’s seat, foot on the gas, no hands on the wheel.

I’ve noticed a lot of YouTube ads (I don’t have cable so I can’t comment on tv ads) that seem to say that it’s time to once again party like there’s no tomorrow. I wonder if that’s becoming a self-fulfilling prophecy.

I remember those days. And I remember thinking, “We won’t learn a thing from this.”

And I was right, sadly.

I knew it wouldn’t last when I first started seeing such “news”. Because “people”. But if we’re going to get (back) to a place where wildfires aren’t utterly catastrophic, temperatures don’t kill off everything in the intertidal zone, storms can be, mostly, withstood without superhuman effort… you know, like it was in, say 1900 or so, then we WILL have to find a way to placate Gaia. And it ain’t going to be easy or cheap: Gaia’s a discerning sort.

However, the idea of get a rocket full with rich people and launching it into space, it’s not that bad…

should be a lil’ rocket crossing in front of the sun……………….bad news, when so many people still believe the election was stolen and remain resistant to getting the vaccine, the fact of the matter is that way to many of us are no more than amoeba in a petri dish.
