Never underestimate the stupidity of Americans! All it takes is one of those balloons floated to distract one juror. Not going to be our finest moment. Prove me wrong Minnesota.

“I had to vote not guilty because he died of carbon monoxide poisoning. I don’t understand why he chose to take a nap next to the tailpipe of a running police car, but, his choice.”

Criminal defense attorneys are the lowest of the low, truly awful people.

Yup… there will be at least one that does. And.. a hung jury will probably inspire the least riots that are bound to follow.

Police like to list officers involved in a controversial case as “victims” in the incident report – it’s how they start covering for each other when they know the incident was a “bad shoot”…

No they will not buy it. Chauvin lost. Though he should have gotten a more serious charge of murder one or two not manslaughter.

The very fact that none of us believed he’d be convicted of more than manslaughter, and were extremely skeptical even of that, should tell us just how over-privileged the cops are in the US, and how completely they’ve sold us their mythology about how Cops Are Always Selfless And Noble And Deserve Our Unthinking Support And Obedience At All Times Regardless Of The Lying Evidence.
