I have to admit I was gratified that my hopes and wishes for this vote were granted by the good people of Kansas. Puts a little less stress on our state where abortion is considered a medical procedure and as with all such procedures, if at all possible, the decision is made by the person and her doctor. Rather than being made with zero data by mostly old, mostly male people whose expertise is “getting elected” which quite apparently, in some states, has a negative correlation with understanding medical ethics.
