I miss the time when we had a president.
“Mask Mouth” : the sometimes garbled speech you get when trying to talk through one. Strangely omnipresent and exhibiting incoherency when a so-called president speaks out of his unmasked mouth.
I would not miss our current president if he vanished in a poof of orange mist.
It’s just like 10 years ago with cellphone coverage still not so good … “Can you hear me now?”
A mask on Trump might be the ideal ‘filter’ that’s needed so others won’t have to explain what he meant to say.
have to think how to place what she said into an actual conversation. Guess she is responding to the many speeches in which the words these are unprecedented times precede the mix of hope, speculation, misinformation, and fear that follow. T’is the age of adjustments, folks, and a lot of people are not up for it.
Do I wear a mask in public? Yes. Does it make me look silly? I don’t know and I don’t care.
Do I mind staying at home? Only mildly (I’m OK as long as the wine holds out and they deliver!)
Do I have a problem with social distancing? Only to the extent that I try to maintain it.
I don’t mind playing the game when winning means I stay alive.
Does that include your salad days?
The Leader of the Evangelical Christian Church in America is ordering the opening of all churches this Sunday. Praise the Lord and Jesus too.
