you got that right. the grandkids we invited didn’t show up. my wife was damn near in tears. enough food for 6 or 8 people (hell, i bbq-smoked the turkey for 8 hours), a kitchen full of food, and the 2 of us. big whoop.

Hmm, we live 95 miles from the nearest stop light or “traffic” so, we’re “over the river and through the woods”. However, sorry for you disappointment dfowensby, we had to settle for Skype and the telephone as one set of kids is in New Zealand and the other over 1,000 miles away. Dog and cat were VERY HAPPY to help with spills and leftovers though!!
