The GQP stopped being a “governing” party a long time ago. They criticized the D’s for everything they did without having any proposals to deal with the problems that need actual governing activity. They always want to cut taxes for the wealthy and corporations, but provide nothing for young families and ordinary workers. Oh, yes, they also want to tax lower income people so they will have some “skin” in the game. And they want to cut Social Security and Medicare benefits. And kill the Affordable Care Act to take health care away from millions of people. And take away individual rights that are not enumerated in the Constitution, for things that were not even imagined in the 18th century like contraception and voting rights.

What could go wrong with ‘Empty’ Greene and Gym Jordan in the fray!

Oh Please… Oh Please… Oh Please….just keep narrowing the focus of who you think are Appropriate “Murikans” to be members of the Republican party, so the rest of us, you know, the REAL AMERICANS can get on with the business of running the country and trying to improve things for ALL Americans.

Officials in deep-red Cochise County, Arizona, are refusing to certify election results that include GOP losses in the gubernatorial and Senate races, but a Republican win by Juan Ciscomani in the competitive 6th congressional district, and the “Morning Joe” host was amazed they might hand the seat to a Democrat out of spite.

Matt Gaetz’s former friend sentenced to 11 years in sex trafficking case

The former Seminole County tax collector who was friends with Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) has been sentenced to 11 years in prison over charges that he sex trafficked a minor, as well as other crimes, Axios reports. Joel Greenberg was the focus of a federal sex crimes investigation involving Gaetz, who has not been charged with a crime and has denied any wrongdoing.

Once they remember that they can aggregate more wealth under their control by working together than fighting each other…they will stop.
