Yes I can. He said he would and so did #45. But we know which one is more likely to be lying.

Did you see that Lauren Boebert laughed at the Afghanis falling from the planes to their deaths. She was also one of 14 Q-publicans who voted against the visas for Afghanis who helped us.

Ugh, when you take criticism from that orange idiot and know Obama continued the policy, well, just ugh.

Remember when liar Trump promised to end the mid east wars?

Republicans thought that was a popular idea.

Failure of military intelligence for how quickly the nation would fall or failure to listen to military intelligence? Either way, a big failure in getting Afghanis who assisted out first.

The biggest criticism I have is not in pulling out — that was necessary and inevitable. It’s in not dispensing with the red tape and telling the Taliban that we would leave once we evacuated all those who helped us and wished to go. Biden actually could still go to them and say, “We are going to evacuated the people we want. Let us do so unhindered, and we’ll soon be out of your way. If you challenge us, however, we will come back in force and make your lives miserable. Your choice.”

Of course, Republicans would scream bloody murder if we tried to bring the 100,000+ Afghanis into the US. They certainly would not like to see all those non-whites enter the country.

Biden is big enough to take criticism, even undeserved criticism. Trump goes into meltdown at the least criticism. Just an observation.

President Biden: a man with enough backbone and courage to get us out of this Bush/Cheney disaster.

Ohman just can’t stand that he has supported the dumbest person ever to hold the Presidency. However, to be fair, it may be because Biden appears intelligent to him.

This debacle would have never happened under Trump. Trump negotiated a withdrawal with the Taliban. Part of the conditions were that if you screw it up, we will kill you. Oh sure, all the wussy libs are horrified that a President would use threats of violence, but not a single American was killed after that threat. Instead, the World’s Greatest Statesman who always confers with our allies, didn’t tell them his plan. The Adult in the Room ignored his own intelligence and state department people. The man with 50 years of experience told us on TV there would be no Saigon moment. The “buck stops here” man blamed everyone else for the results of his lunacy. Our courageous Border Czar is hiding in her house. The good news is that Jen Psaki is still assuring us that the President is carefully watching the situation and that meetings will be held.

How smart does Obama’s Bergdahl trade look now, for the “world’s smartest man”? How smart does emptying Guantanamo look now? How smart does leaving billions of dollars worth of functioning military equipment look? How smart was giving up Bagram AFB? How smart was believing there was a 300,000 man Afghan army that would fight when every grunt knew better? How smart is believing Biden’s “over the horizon” is any threat? I’m remembering the tremendous success of Clinton’s “over the horizon” cruise missiles.

First, the border, then the economy, the crime surge and now this. I’m not sure just how much more of “the adults have taken over” this country can stand.

Bailing wasn’t the problem. How it was done is the problem.

There was no political will to do what had to be done. Set up a military viceroy as we did in Japan. Then ruthlessly seek out and kill all the resisting Taliban and other jihadists. No arrest, no trial, just kill them. And give them the death of an infidel.
