I gotta admit, I did not expect to see Hubbs’ dad. we’ve never even saw his Mom.

Wow… I hate him already.

Wow we finally get to see Hubbs’ father and now all I can say is…thank goodness he took after his mother’s build.(I presume) Never thought I’d say that, hope this isn’t some stress-induced hallucination.

Bea did promise a twist and she delivered, and the unintended twist that both his dad and Ellie value him for his money and pick really inconvenient times to find him. Oh and to Grandpa Durum: “My money’s like you, gone before I know it!”.

I suppose it was logical and inevitable, that Hubbs not only had a mother, but also a father. But he picks one heck of a time to show up.

Duh-duh-da-DUUUUUUHHHHHHHNNNN!

And the absent father shows up after the child is successful, for the money. Damn just like real life.
