“No, I’m going to torture it for awhile longer.”
This may take a while.
‘But where would be the fun in that?’
The worst was when the mouse was still alive, barely, and the cat lost interest and I had to kill it.
LOL! The cat says, “No.” ♥
I try to rescue other lifeforms from my darlings. Got bitten by a feisty skink once, who didn’t know I was saving him, but it was worth it.
This is exactly “How To Cat”!
That’s the worst thing about cats & Orcas too. Playing with their food! How terrible!
My old black cat aphorisms of mice by killing them in the middle the middle of the night. I could hear them squeeling! It an awful sound in the dark!
Actually, there’s a method behind what appears to be playing with their prey. In order to reduce the risk of serious injury, such as a nasty bite from their prey, cats need to tire it out before going in for the kill themselves.
Refrence to Garfield.
I really like how you draw this cat, Lucas. The expressions are so real! ♥♥♥
All a mouse has to do with our lot, is to stay still. They seem to immediately forget about it, and go about their other business, until mousey twitches a whisker.
Sometime they toy with the bugs….ewwww
