With the great increase in the cost of materials, if available, and now interest rate, the needed work is all that can be done. Appliances that are so old that parts are no longer made for them, will have to do and hope that there still are repairmen that can keep them working.
Brilliant, funny, and SO of-our-times!! I love this mother, trying so hard to figure out the calculations, and the children’s (older child) wit and irony, and (younger child) imaginative escape!
