With the great increase in the cost of materials, if available, and now interest rate, the needed work is all that can be done. Appliances that are so old that parts are no longer made for them, will have to do and hope that there still are repairmen that can keep them working.

Our son is going through home remodeling issues, doing it a piece at a time. Hard to decide, which piece goes next.
