The judge says he ruled solely on the how the rule was created without regard to whether it was a useful rule. Because the CDC should have taken the time for public input etc before making the rule. In fact, in his opinion, he noted that the rule probably does save the public from some infections.

Airplane passengers will never truly be free until the tyrannical no shirt no shoes no service mandates are done away with.

Hate dominates this party to an extent I can’t fathom. Kicking someone off an airplane as a Joke? Why because that passenger had the nerve to care about others safety? The Right is correct about one thing…the government should not be making us wear a mask…we should wear them because we are part of a society .

If you want to wear a mask, wear one. We’ve been wearing masks and the pandemic didn’t end. We’ve had vaccines and the pandemic didn’t end. I’m thinking it just had to run it’s course. Unfortunately, this has become too political. And no, Republicans don’t want all Americans to die, and neither do Democrats. Geez people.

The danger here is the precedent this ruling sets…I really hope we don’t get something worse than COVID because we are so screwed if we do.

Henry, since you’re such a damn health expert, I invite my fellow physicians to turn you away the next time you need medical care. After all, we wouldn’t want to be a bunch of “nannies” who baby you unnecessarily since you’re SO much more knowledgeable than we are.

Now that mask mandates on planes are gone, let’s get rid of the TSA now too.

No more taking off belts and taking out keys and wallets.

No more laptops in bins.

No more bans on liquids over 6oz.

The threat of terrorism is just something we have to deal with to avoid being mildly inconvenienced.

Please explain why you can’t eat peanuts on a plane because someone might have an allergy, but you don’t have to wear a mask around unvaccinated children under 5 or cancer patients when a serious and possibly deadly virus is circulating. Is it because in the first case the airline would have to deal with an immediate reaction, whereas in the second case it will be the medical system after a few days or even later with long Covid?

We can all do better than normal.

if they want to die that is their right to exercise their freedom, but why do they have to spread it top everyone else?
