I guess this is Payne’s homage to MLK? Too much to expect that he’d have a pithy quote or something uplifting when he can make a silly little joke.

We used to. Right up until 2016. Then the dream took, let’s say, a hiatus.

“I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character.” MLK

…but we get, separating families and locking up children for the color of their skin, Trump University, the Trump Foundation, NDA’s from porn stars, being an un-indicted co-conspirator, cheating veterans’ charities of $2 million, emoluments gone wild, giving Alexander Acosta the Labor Secretary position in return for the sweetheart deal that kept Trump’s name out of Jeffry Epstein’s conviction, excusing the Crown Prince for torturing and killing an American resident, turning on our allies the Kurds to favor Erdogan, Trump wants the country to believe that our own intelligence services lied about which country interfered in our election so they can do it again and if we knew an enemy was sitting at the Baghdad Airport parked in a car, why didn’t we arrest him and send him to Gitmo, rather than blow him and all that intel up?…

and the uncounted regulations meant to keep our environment safe that he’s selling to the highest bidding lobbyist… and so much more

Payne Supports MLK, as long as he is dead. Payne simply doesn’t support what MLK stood for.

Just Like Payne is for reducing the Deficit and Tax cuts for rich people.

He is for the Environment just not regulations that limit pollution.

It is great to be in favor of something in General, as long as you can be against in in specific.

Will Trump give another insincere tribute to Dr. King today?

Your man Trump is the antithesis of Dr. King. Is this a sign you may be rehabilitating yourself?

The core question is this: If there were anyone around today of Dr. Kinks ilk, would Henry Payne draw a cartoon in support of that person? The answer is obviously, no. Because of that, this cartoon is nothing other than a vain suck-up attempt at equality.

Henry, go suck on a rock.

“When machines and computers, profit motives and property rights are considered more important than people, the giant triplets of racism, materialism and militarism are incapable of being conquered.”

“Call it democracy, or call it democratic socialism, but there must be a better distribution of wealth within this country for all God’s children.”

“Whenever the government provides opportunities in privileges for white people and rich people they call it “subsidized” when they do it for Negro and poor people they call it “welfare.” The fact that is the everybody in this country lives on welfare. Suburbia was built with federally subsidized credit. And highways that take our white brothers out to the suburbs were built with federally subsidized money to the tune of 90 percent. Everybody is on welfare in this country. The problem is that we all to often have socialism for the rich and rugged free enterprise capitalism for the poor. That’s the problem.”

No. Haven’t got MLK. Haven’t got Medgar Evers. Haven’t got Walter Scott. Haven’t got Floyd George. Haven’t got Trayvon Martin. Haven’t got Eric Garner.

What has Payne got? He has ctrl+c, ctrl+v.

    Haven’t got time, Henry Payne?

You don’t care very much, do you?
