President Obama signed the ACA on March 23, 2010. The Republicans first said they would repeal it. How many votes have they taken to do that? Then they challenged it in court and lost. Now, more than 6 years later, the offer an alternative that will actually cover fewer people than are already being covered by the ACA.

Yes, only those who make enough money to put some aside each pay period are entitled to health care. Screw the people who work paycheck to paycheck and do well to support their families. If they can’t afford health care, they certainly can’t afford their own Congressmen, either.

A delusional senate. elected by the lowest turnout in decades, pretending that they are working for the people.

Clearly the Republicans are mostly concerned about the bottom line of the health care industry. Our prescriptions cost thirty percent more than the same prescriptions in other countries. Well I guess someone has to pay for those executive bonosus and the money made by the insurance industry.

    “Consumer based health reform”?

When, exactly, did Republicans EVER legislate anything that was consumer based?

(For the poorly educated Trump supporters, ‘consumer based’ means favorable to consumers.)

For Payne, ideology is more important than the truth. ChevJames007 is proof of someone who is a staunch conservative but is honest enough to admit certain things are handled better by government administration.

Consumer-based Health Reform sounds like the “Clean Air Act” that allowed companies to relax pollution standards. I hope bullets are covered under the Republican’s new plan because at the rate they are allowing military style weapons to be sold to ISIS, we are going to need something.

I’ll take George McGovern and his 35 combat missions over Nixon any day. Funny thing is, you haven’t said a single thing to prove me wrong. Only thing you have is name calling. You must be very proud of yourself.
