Since going on a 24 hour news cycle the news has gotten much more darker and negative. I finally had to really cut back on my viewing of it. It’s just too stressful, negative and depressing. Also, much of it is just spin and lacking in facts. I miss the days when news reporting was simply facts and not some reporters opinion and wild speculations. If a network ever decided to do THAT I’d go back to watching every day. And before someone sends me a snarky comment about FOX news please know that I am talking about ALL OF THEM here. All the networks are offenders when it comes to the facts.

I find reading good news websites soothes the soul. They have websites dedicated for those sorts of feel good stories
