Cuts in the medical supplies budget led to a shortage of NO2 commonly known as Laughing Gas.So the Hospital bosses came up with a solution.Watch out for the guy with the club…that is knockout gas for the really big surgeries.That cat should try out for the rodeo…..best cutting cat moves I have ever seen.
