Could probably beat New Thayer in a spelling bee — Isn’t the dog spelled “terrier” with an second “e”? I don’t know what a “terrior” is, unless they can’t spell “terrorist” either. Anyone else?
Denny Terrio. Didn’t that guy die from a raging fever that wouldn’t quit? His double knit and polyester wardrobe has been used to ignite past season opening bonfires for Mudlark football.
This is just embarrassing. The new author can’t spell, doesn’t understand football and has come up with a dozen uninteresting, dangling plotlines. You couldn’t trash this comic strip worse if you tried.
Oh, and Milford beat New Thayer just two years ago, 41-23! Does this guy even bother to do any research…?!
P3 Marty sits in a stunned, alcohol induced stupified state as he listens to his stat sheet make a more coherent statement than he is capable of at this moment.
Some of the strips and storylines here have gotten me to wondering if the writers and illustrators ever collaborate or review storylines…or do they just submit random pieces and hope the reader can figure it out…..
Darn, not yet the epic showdown against BHHL’s Valley Tech powerhouse. Soon! And speaking of soon, it’s never too soon to read today’s Mopped Up Thorp. Well, unless you tried to read it before it was posted.

It’s probably ’Terroirs" due to the famed Vineyard Studies program there

New Thayer’s mascot is actually Deney Terrio. The whole school is in quarantine for dance fever.

One, they don’t play the same opponent 6 times! Two, why is Marty asking that like it’s a mystery when they beat them 5 times in a row.

What winning streak? I can’t even find the last reference to a football game from this season.

Obviously, they have decided to skip the copy editing step in the production process

Actually, Marty meant to say that everyone at New Thayer wanted to wish Snark Nation a Merrior Christmas.

Haven’t managed to beat the Terriors in last five games, maybe because you weren’t playing against them?

The name was a compromise between “Terriers” and “Warriors” which tied for first in a “Name the Team” contest

The EGS (Encyclopedia of Gender and Society) says the correct gender neutral spelling is terriors…..so it is correct.
