This cartoon strip is hilarious. Bucky and Satch are a great comic duo. Darby must be quite a character since he is their creator.I love Bucky’s look in panel four, the tongue hanging out. LOL He gets so frustrated with Satch, who does the ‘put-down’ so well.Thanks Darby.

Actually, his name is synonymous with power. Cat Power, the musician comes to mind.

Loved it. We had a cat named Buttface. Very lovable fellow who tormented the other cats and earned his name. That was better than the name he originally answered to: Shutthefrackup. He would whine piteously when alone in a room and mistook my husband’s requests for silence.

I don’t know what type of meds Darby is on, or at least was on in the 70s, but I could sure use a dose of his reality. This is absolutely brilliant. I relate so well to Satchel that I’m glad my wife doesn’t read this comic. If she did she’d probably be calling me Satch instead of Dory. Actually, that might be an improvement.
