This Is going to be one of the worst segments ever. It will get so stupid it will be intolerable to read, so I will skip this part. Maybe time to give up this strip altogether as it is really getting more stupid all the time in every arc.
Wait until they take the balloon out to the skyscraper — and find the width of the balloon keeps them from getting close enough to the building to reach the windows.
