It could be most anywhere in the U.S.with the way infrastructure has fallen apart since Eisenhower days when the tax rate actually matched the spending rate for what we were building. We don’t need to go back quite that far, but the Clinton era rates would help, and Taxes Effectively Advance (our standard of living) makes more sense than that other TEA. It is amazing that the same jerks complaining about taxes scream the loudest about potholes, like Varvel.
