Gather round, kiddies, for a true story. When I was managing a restaurant, we started carrying Otis Spunkmeyer muffins – back when they were large enough to be worth the money. Anyway, muffins were formerly synonymous with “healthy” and a regular who was trying to lose weight would buy one almost daily. This was before the internet so it took her a little while to find the correct nutritional info and she told me one day: “I didn’t realize that what I thought was a healthy snack was actually full of fat and calories!”

Omitted by oversight: gluten-free, vegan

Nothing ruins food more than calling it “nutritious”, or even “high-fiber”. And Jon used both.
